Winter said this business had her vehicle for about three weeks. She never had a bad experience with them and they were very courteous to her from start to finish. They took a little bit longer because of unspecified parts that were on back order. They provided her with a rental vehicle. They did not call to tell her about the unspecified parts being on backorder. She would have appreciated a phone call to let her know.
