My experience with this firm was excellent.
I was referred to Mackin's by my son who had taken our Extera there after a collision several years ago, and had also taken his Toyota Tacoma there as well. He said that they are the best in the business. I now agree with him. I scheduled the repair with a dealership prior to talking with my son. I would have had to wait two more weeks just to get a quote, then maybe three weeks for the actual repair. So glad I went to Mackin's. I did not have car rental insurance, so I was very happy that they got my Subaru up and running on time.
