Jim Dean has gone out of his way to make sure that I am satisfied with the work that is being performed on my vehicle. The other day I received a call stating that I would need to pay $800 to have my airbag in my steering wheel repaired, I explained to him that there was no way I could afford that at this time and that I would pick the car up and drive it without the airbag. Jim was very understanding and told me he was going to make some calls and get back to me. Later that day I received a call back stating that what Hyundai would not cover McGuire would. I was so relieved and will be forever grateful that Jim went out of his way to make sure that I am put back into my car with his number one priority as my safety.
