Shalandra said she has already had to return to this business three times since they supposedly repaired her vehicle but it is still not done correctly. She had to return because of noise she believed was from the exhaust. They tightened the spare tire which they believed was causing the issue but she was still hearing the noise. It ended up being a bracket that had to be replaced. Also, they blew a fuse so her headlights do not work at all and she works nights so that is really an issue for her. They are blaming her for blowing the fuse and she is expecting a phone call from the general manager about it today. Her vehicle was ready about a week later than promised due to a parts delay. She did not receive any updates from this business and had to call them for information. The insurance company is the one who called her to inform her the vehicle was ready. She would not recommend this business for the reasons mentioned.
