Eduardo said they did not clean the vehicle before they gave it to him. They did an excellent job repairing it. He said he was supposed to get his vehicle back by the 20th of November, but it was more like the 20th of December and they said it was the insurance that made it so late. At first they were really good about keeping him updated, but towards the end they were not to good about it.
