Joe said he couldn't reach anyone at this business to see if his vehicle was ready to go. His vehicle sat for 2 days but nobody informed him, however the communication was fine prior to the vehicle being repaired. He called to speak to the person in charge of the estimators. The receptionist told him she would find out and call him back. She never returned his call. He doesn't plan to recommend this business because of the communication.
