Demetia said the business fixed her vehicle perfectly and did all the negotiating with the insurance company. The due date for the vehicle was changed due to the paint work bubbling, and there had to be some discussion with the insurance company over replacing the tires which also caused a delay. She did not elaborate as to the length of the delay.
