Dena said this business was good. They did not promise her a time when she would get her vehicle back, but they had it for three weeks, which was longer than she expected. When she picked her vehicle up, they showed her the additional work they had to do because of additional damage they found. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, which is why she was not satisfied with this business's communication. There was no communication unless she called them. She had to call them once or twice a week for status updates.
