Linda said her vehicle was ready a couple of days later than promised due to a parts delay. This business only called her one time to tell her the vehicle was being detailed, then she did not hear anything from them. She said she called on Friday to tell them she was hoping the vehicle was shining like a million bucks after being in the detail department for three days and they told her it was ready. She said she received a couple of the emails they offer for verizon phones. She said she was not impressed with their communication, but it was okay. This business has always been good to her. They are professional and pleasant to work with.
