John said all they had to do was paint the fenders and attach them to the vehicle. The color used was obviously incorrect. When he pointed this out, the person he spoke with tried to explain why it appeared to be incorrect, but in the end had to agree. They will be repainting the fenders. When they attached the bumper back a clip was broken, but they used it anyway. It was easier to get them to replace the clip then it was to get them to admit the color was not correct. He has purchased 2 vehicles from the parent business and has them serviced there Those departments he would recommend, but not the repair business.
