Debbie said they were great, but there was a headlight replaced that she could tell had been used. She took it back to be replaced again. There was a two week delay because the insurance company didn't include a front end alignment in the estimate. Darrell was very good. She mentioned she brought her remote keys to the affiliated service department where she had a recall done on them because they were not working. They fixed one remote but not the other, and she is unsure why.
