Liza said they were very accurate in their information. There was no run around. They were up front in answering all of her questions. She said she wasn't kept informed during the repair process. She had to call to find out anything. No one ever called her so she was not satisfied with the communication. She said she owns a Cadillac. She only wants people that know Cadillacs to work on her vehicle.
