Cassandra said her grandparents have been using this business for over 30 years and she would never take her vehicle anywhere but this business. Her vehicle was kind of ready when promised because she was receiving text message updates at the beginning, then the updates all of a sudden stopped. She contacted the business to discuss progress but was given the run around. She contacted the salesman who sold her the vehicle, who contacted the business on her behalf and then the repairs were completed and the vehicle returned. She chose not to evaluate the estimate because her insurance company handled the issue. She also chose this business because she had been a repeat customer and this business was vehicle specific to her Cadillac model. She stated a separate experience at Marvin K. Brown Dealership in San Diego was horrible. She noted the personnel with that business were rude, slow, and they take 3 hours for an oil change. They did not offer a loaner vehicle and the front desk man types everything with one finger.
