Spoke with Barbara's husband. He said he really likes coming to this facility as he's always had great experiences when he brings his vehicles in. He drives all the way from Daytona Beach because of the service he receives. His vehicle was a couple of days late due to parts but that was fine. However, when he did pick it up there was side molding that was missing and when he pointed it out he was told they were ordering it. He thinks that could have been told to him before he got there. He also had been asked how did he want to be contacted and he said he would like to receive a text everyday. He only received one text and it was all wrong. He suggests that this facility could work on their communication, and that would be great.
