Edna said her vehicle was 8 days later than promised due to additional damage being found and additional parts having to be ordered. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process because she was not called by the business to update her on the status of her vehicle. She was not satisfied with the business's communication because no one returned her calls and she had to go down to the business and talk to someone in person to receive any answers.

The kept informed piece is puzzling due to the fact that Ms. Gomez stopped by the shop office EVERY other day the entire time car was here. The shop also released her car to her without payment from the insurance company (that dragged their feet) to help her out. Insurance company would only pay for a rental while the car was being repaired, not while we all were waiting for payment.
