Eric stated that he was offered email and text messaging service but never received any messages about the status of his vehicle. He thinks that maybe the business got his email address incorrect that is why he never received any messages. Eric also mentioned that he thought that he was going to be using the rental vehicle company Enterprise but it turned out that once he was picked up and taken to the rental vehicle company he found out he was at Hertz. He thinks that if the business usually uses Enterprise and the insurance company wants the business to use another company the business should inform the customer of which rental company they are being picked up by.
