Cecilia said she had a mirror replaced under her warranty and the work included the painted part that comes off the body. She said ever since she's owned Cadillac vehicles she has gone to this business. She said she has State Farm insurance, but now they have a specialist they want her to use. She said she refused their request because she only uses this business. She is always happy with everything they do. This business always matches the color. The work took two extra days because there was rain, which can effect the paint process. She said it was okay because she wanted it done right. This business is very good to their customers and she has never had a problem with them. She always goes to the manufacturer she purchases from because they know best how to care for the vehicle. She said this business has never pushed her aside or ignored her and they have never treated her badly. She said she does not know if this business still has a cafeteria, but they always offer to get their customers breakfast or lunch. She said everyone at this business helps each other out and everyone helps the customers. They get it right. She trusts them and they do a good job. They deserve praise. They work hard.
