Shannon said Andre impressed her with his professionalism and he was very caring during the repair process. The vehicle was not ready for the first time she came to pick it up. It was inconvenient and she wasted over 90 minutes driving to the business and waiting for the personnel to find her vehicle before they told her it would not be ready that day. The repairs took three days longer than expected because of a detailing delay and when she picked her vehicle up it still had glass all over the interior. She would recommend the repair department, but not the detail department based on this experience.
