Richard said the business never found the part he needed so they had to take a discounted insurance settlement and his vehicle can not run on cruise control now. His vehicle was five weeks later than promised because he was waiting to hear back about the part, but they never found one. He was kept adequately informed during the repair process but his wife had called the business and left a voicemail and her call was never returned.
