Verlena said she was not satisfied with the service at this business because there were a lot of things which had to be brought to their attention. Her vehicle took two weeks to repair and she said she felt it was too long. There was not a promised date given but she accepts responsibility for the delay because she did not come in and sign documents as asked by this business.
