Moody said the top of the hood is popped out, the grill was not replaced, the headlight was not aligned, and the scratch on the side was not repaired. The work was supposed to take one week but actually took six weeks. An employee quit and the paperwork was lost. They did not even begin the work until he called about it. They did not keep him updated. They only called him when the repair work was completed. They were very nice and apologetic. He was not satisfied with the communication and will not recommend them for the reasons mentioned. This visit was disappointing because he had been there before and did not have any problems.
