Leslie said she is not completely satisfied with her overall experience because the customer service was lacking. She waited an additional 2 weeks longer than promised for the repairs to be completed due to insurance delays. She was not kept adequately informed because she had to initiate all contact with them and they did not return her calls. She will not recommend them to others or return to this business because of these reasons.
