Spoke with Donna. She said the vehicle was supposed to be ready in 2 days, but she called them in 4 days and they told her that the vehicle had been ready. She didn't elaborate about a reason for the delay. This issue affected her being kept adequately informed and the communication.

Donna is absolutely correct we did not call her when her car was done. We did text her as requested twice. From here on out, even if a customer requests us to text them, we will call each customer in addition to texting. We did and do still apologize to Donna!
