Julie said the business did a fabulous job but the communication is very bad at this business. She had to call them a lot and it seemed like no one was on the same page. The vehicle took an extra nine days due to an insurance delay which could have been avoided with better communication. Everyone was very pleasant to speak with but she stated she still thinks they need to be more organized. She also mentioned she recently had her vehicle serviced at this business' service department and they are bad at communication also. They took three weeks to just get her a part for her door handle andshe feels nothing would have happened if she was not constantly checking up.
