Fred said he was happy with the work, but they had scheduling errors and kept his truck an extra day. He understood things can happen. They told him it would take 2 hours to change the front bumper, and said if he brought it first thing in the morning they could have it ready by noon, but they had a scheduling conflict on the front end alignment, so they needed to keep it until the next day. They called him at 4 pm to tell him he couldn't get it at 5 pm. To get a rental this business would have had to take him to Enterprise, he would have to fill out paperwork, and it could all take about an hour. The insurance company had a rental reserved for him, but with a noon ready time he thought he would just drop it off on the way to work and pick it up afterwards. As it was, he had to make other arrangements, and he lives on the other side of town by UCF. The internal communication of this business was poor and they could have arranged it better. They did a good job, he'll use them again, they're close to his work, and the service guy took good care of him.
