Kristin said they were great. They replaced a hood and it looks wonderful. At first they thought they could just pop the dent out, but she was notified within 24 hours, due to the type of hood on the vehicle, that they'd need to replace the hood. They let her know right off the bat, so that was fine. It was only 3 days extra and that included a weekend. This business was wonderful at keeping her informed, and she had never had that experience before with Cadillac where they kept her informed hour by hour, let alone day by day, by texting updates. The estimator was very friendly, and communication was outstanding. Kristin had no complaints.
