William said the business is wonderful. He likes the quality of their work. He has been going there for years. He said his vehicle was delayed by a few days. He chose not to elaborate as to why his vehicle was delayed. He did not actually get the text message and status updates until two days after he picked his vehicle up. He was a little confused about how the status updates work.
