Olin said he is not a completely satisfied customer because there were problems getting his vehicle returned to him even though it was ready and he would only rate his overall experience with a 3. The work was fine, but how they handled the experience left a lot to be desired. He took his vehicle in on a Monday, but it was not until the following Tuesday that he was actually allowed to pick up his vehicle. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and they only called him to say it was done at 5pm on Friday, which was too late for him to pick up the vehicle. It was not possible. If they had told him earlier that day that it would be done, he could have arranged to pick it up. They replaced the old fender with a new fender and it was expensive, but it was a good job. He did not have any contact with anyone regarding the estimate. He was not satisfied with the shop's communication because they did not call him until it was too late to pick up the vehicle on a Friday. They did not update him during the repair process. He asked on the Friday if he could pick up the vehicle on Saturday and they said no, not until Monday. On Monday, there were not enough people to serve him and they said pick up the vehicle on Tuesday. So, he did not pick up his vehicle until Tuesday. As a result of this visit, Olin will not recommend this facility to others.
