Barbara said they were very communicative and 2-3 times a week she received e-mails on the status of her vehicle, so she thought that was very good, and so far she hasn't had any problems. The engine light came on the day after, and usually it's the gas cap, but she turned it and the light is still on. She's satisfied with the quality of the repair, and it whistles a bit going 60 mph, but she's hoping it will go away. It's not every day. Of course she'll recommend this business. The affiliated dealership is where she bought her vehicle and it's where she has it serviced, so when she had an accident, this business is where she took it.
