Spoke with Jackie. She said she was told by the business to come in on a peculiar day to have her vehicle serviced, but after waiting they told her they would not be able to do the repairs that day. She came back another day and the business again told her they would not have time to repair her vehicle that day so she ended up having to get a rental vehicle so she could leave hers there for service. For these reasons she would rate her overall experience with the business a 3. She does not feel she was kept adequately informed during the repair process because she did not hear anything from the business until her vehicle was finished. She also was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because he was the one that ticked her off from the beginning by having her come in for repairs and then not being able to do them.
