Johnny said he ended up taking his vehicle to a different business. His air conditioning wasn't working and he had to pay for the loaner vehicle out-of-pocket. He said the bill came to about $805. He was not happy with the quality of the repair because they did not do all of the work and he ended up paying for the use of the loaner vehicle.
