Joseph said he gave a rating of 4 for the overall experience because there was a gap between the fender and the hood that will need to be properly adjusted. The vehicle was also not detailed as well as it could have been. There was dirt left on the seats and the outside would have looked better if the vehicle had not been left outside. The insurance company also recommended this business. Joseph said he will stop back in personally to have the gap problem corrected.
