Spoke with customer who did not disclose his name. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair. The dashboard is all cracked up. The glass clock wasn't replaced. There is a piece missing from the door. There were some scratches on the door that was not painted. His vehicle was not ready when promised. The business told him the vehicle would be ready on Friday, but it was not ready until Monday. He did not know why. Enterprise ended up charging him for the three extra days and he did not appreciate that. The business called him to tell him his vehicle was ready, but when he arrived at the business, he had to wait an hour for them to finish his wheel well lock. He was not satisfied with the shop's communication for the reasons mentioned.
