Jeffrey said it took 19 days to complete the work and get the 4 tires for the vehicle. They changed the delivery date 4 times with very short notice. The delays were because of the tires. The estimate was done by his insurance company. He said he was not satisfied with the way he was treated, nor was he happy with the communication because of the short notice they gave him when his vehicle was not ready. He said this business could have offered to deliver the vehicle to him. He will not return to this business in the future because of this visit and because they did not offer him a loaner vehicle.
