Spoke with Tiffany. She said this business did not keep her informed on the status of her vehicle during the two weeks they had it. She is satisfied with the way her vehicle looks and has not had any problems with it so far. She was not given a promise of time by them. She was not kept informed and had to constantly call them to find out about her vehicle. She had a rental so she needed to know what was going on. She was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons mentioned.
