Alex said the first time he took his vehicle to this business they did a sub par job. The parts were sub par and the quality of work was sub par. He took it back to them and he met with the manager and the insurance adjuster to hash out the next step. The work was redone and his vehicle was better the second time but not completely satisfactory. He was not kept adequately informed throughout the process and they should have involved him more. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated because they seemed to have more important things to do. He stated he felt as if he did not matter to them. He would have liked them to pay more attention to him. He was not satisfied with the communication for the reasons mentioned. He would not recommend them to others for the reasons mentioned. He will not be returning to them.
