Sheila said she took her vehicle into the business and they took pictures of the damage for the insurance company. A week and a half later the insurance company said they never received the pictures. She wasn't given a time frame on how long the repairs would take, but noted she felt 2.5 weeks was longer than it should have taken for the amount of damage. The business didn't know if the deductible was waived. She had to call the insurance company to find out it was waived. She was not kept informed because the business didn't call her, she had to call them. She wouldn't recommend the business for the reasons stated above.
