Spoke with Craig. He said he was not happy with the customer service at this business. He was tossed around between them and the service department. He had to sit and wait for the rental agency to come pick him up so he could get a rental vehicle. He said he thought they should have been more accommodating and concerned about his needs but they did not even know he was still waiting when he went to ask someone why it was taking so long to get a rental. He waited an additional week for his vehicle because of a parts delay. They did not notice the part that was needed and had to order it when they thought the vehicle was finished. He was not kept informed on the status of his vehicle at all and is unsure as to why. He did not deal with just one person but instead worked with different people every time. He would not recommend them due to this experience.
