Spoke with Gloria. She said they were nice and they did a good job, but they took off the door and now there is a problem with the locks. Her key does not work properly. She has spoken with Dave and he told her there is nothing wrong with her key. She said she was not happy with the rental process. They asked her for her credit card number and used it. Two of her checks bounced and she was charged a $35 late fee. She said they need to pay for the bounced checks.
