New Customer, Very Impressed....
My car had faulty valve stems because they were not replaced along with the tires at "another place." I stopped in on Friday to introduce myself because I work nearby and the convenience of drop off and pickup would be very advantageous. I explained my situation to Matt and he was courteous and eager to help, explained his course of action up front, and told me to drop the car off the first thing Monday morning and they'd do what was necessary to straighten things out. He was true to his word, didn't sell me anything I didn't need and kept me informed through the day of what was being done, the projected cost and when it was finished. I'm very satisfied and will return. Coming from a military maintenance background, I can tell a professional from a BS artist and Matt is a pro. Thanks guys...…..
