Sandra said she had her vehicle towed to this business, and the tow truck driver who gave his name as Cowboy gave her a price to get an estimate done. His supervisor said Cowboy shouldn't have done that, and didn't agree with the price she was quoted. Then all of sudden she was given an estimate of $1,200 to fix the vehicle, but it wasn't clear what was wrong with it. The supervisor did honor the estimate price Cowboy gave her, but he added $3.25 to it which she didn't understand. Sandra really wanted to get her vehicle fixed but since it wasn't clear what was wrong she decided to have it towed elsewhere, so she wasted money on that. There was discrepancy in communication at this business.

In response to the review written above, Sandra's vehicle was towed in by one of our tow truck drivers and she was quoted $70 to inspect her vehicle. This was not the correct price; however, I honored that price. The $3.25 that was added to her bill was to cover shop supplies used to check her vehicle. Her vehicle had catastrophic engine damage due to a separated head gasket, which was explained to her. She was not able to afford the repair and, consequently, had it towed away.
