During a routine oil change, the tech broke my oil filter cap. Things happen and according to the office manager this happens often with them. I was told they did not have any in stock and that I could not take my car because of the leak. They arranged to have one delivered by 4:00 same day. Inconvenient, but, what could I do? I never agreed to pay for the damage they caused. Later that evening I got the call the car was done, I paid over the phone, didn’t think I would be charged the $133 for a part they broke, but when I checked my account I indeed had been charged for their mistake. The Toyota dealership sells the same part for $51. I have made several attempts to rectify this to no avail. I was even told the owner would be in contact with me to work things out. He has not done so. What ever happened to integrity? I do not recommend this particular establishment unless you are into being ripped off.
