I scheduled to have my oil changed here about two weeks ago. I showed up and it took nearly ten minutes alone to get checked in and I noticed on the paper they had my appointment time different than what I was told. Nevertheless, they tell me it should be about an hour. I sat it the lobby for 30-45 minutes and my car hadn't even been taken back yet. I asked and they said it should be taken back soon, so maybe another 45 minutes. I walk down to Chick-fil-A and ate lunch FOR AN HOUR and come back. Car is raised up in the shop, but still not done. I wait another 30 minutes, about two hours total at this point, and they tell me I need new tires. I told them I knew that, but had already been there twice as long as estimated and didn’t have time to wait a few more hours for them to change my tires too. It took another 15-20 minutes just for them to figure out how to reset the oil light (these guys are supposed to be mechanics, right??). Finally pay and leave after about 2.5 hours, even though i had an appointment to begin with. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
