So I had some work done from these guys a couple of weeks ago. Nothing major but stuff I couldn't do myself. They did good work so I was going to be a loyal customer. Until the day my wife needed some basic work done to her car. She needed new spark plugs and coils put in because her car was acting up. With me being out of town and her needing to get to work the same day, I scheduled her an appointment to have it done with these guys. I figured they would do her right because that's the way they came off, as good people. But I soon found out that if you go in here and know nothing about car repairs or prices, they will take FULL advantage of you. $550 to change 6 spark plugs, 1 coil and top off the coolant. Had I been in town I could have done the work myself at the cost of the parts in less than half the time. But the 4 hours it took to do it is not the issue. The issue is taking advantage of people in a tough spot. They will never again get my business and I well spread the word far and wide not to go to this place. Average price for a tune up for my wife's car is between $150 to $220. This wasn't even half of a tune up for $550. Please find somewhere else to have your work done. If my problem saves even one person from being a victim of these crooks, then that's good enough.
