James said he has to take his vehicle back to this business, because his vehicle is not fixed. He has not been informed of whether or not he will be charged for the additional repair, as its under warranty. They were timely, but they didn't fix the problem.

Mel's is a place we feel we can trust.
We have been taking our vehicles to Tim for some time. Our vehicles are not new, but with busy schedules we feel the recommendation given is the best one for the vehicle and for us. We appreciate the comfort of being advised in something we don't know, by someone we can trust does know and will be honest. Thanks

I do appologize for the inconveniance Tanner. We tried to resolve the leak in the slave cylinder you supplied in order to save you the extra replacement cost. Unfortunately, however, we had to replace the faulty part.

I really appologize for the issue Kyle. I am glad you were able to make it back in to allow us to check the problem. We are also grateful to be able to repair the plugged catalytic converter that was causing the low power and strange transmission shifting issue. It is really unfortunate that the two issues happened so close together.

He handle my situation in a timely manner, however my son's car has been there 5 months, now and it just sits!
