Jacob and Chris and Dana rock.
What a great experience from start to finish. Even though Jacob was still pretty new and didn’t have all the cars memorized, he was honest which is great. He was very low key, we loved getting to know him and sharing some of our life experiences with him. We don’t like any pressure so Jacob was perfect for us. Thanks Jacob. Chris was the man. Once again very honest. What a charismatic pro. He warmly welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. Chris was honest, laid everything out for us and gave us time to make sure we were comfortable with the deal we were getting. Once again, very low pressure. Thank you Chris, see you soon on the island. And last but not least Dana. It takes someone special to make paper work fun. It’s going to be a slog but Dana took time to get to know us a little made a little bit of a connection between signatures and even helped us find a local rock hunters group. Thanks Dana. Sometimes you go to buy a car and people look at you like you’re a dollar sign. At no point during our experience did we feel that way. In fact it seemed like everyone we came in contact with went out of their way to connect with us on a genuine level and it absolutely made the experience. There are a lot of places you can buy a car but the level of care and respect we received at Michael’s was second to none. Thanks again, Jonathan and Kara
