Simply stated Midway Hyundai provides a new car buying experience that every dealership should emulate. From the relaxed and professional demeanor of our salesman, Austin, to the casual yet respectful treatment by all the owners (we dealt with them all – Tyson, Luke, and Zach) - to the helpful participation by a number of staff members (salespeople other than Austin, service reps, F&I guy) we felt very much welcomed without any hint of pressure – by anyone, at any time. At the expense of sounding trite I can genuinely confirm that these folks are in business to re-invent the car buying experience to guarantee that the customer acquires only the vehicle that is right for them, at a price that no one will beat, and with a complete void of pressure. These folks are knowledgeable, authentic, and credible. We did our research and consulted with other Hyundai dealers – Midway Hyundai gave us the best possible value for our trade-in and best possible price for our new Tucson. We test-drove Honda CRV, Toyota RAV 4, Nissan Rogue and a few other competing models. We liked the Tucson best for comfort, features, handling, and looks. Hyundai provides the best warranty of any manufacturer selling in the US and the price of the Tucson was less money than the competing models by a couple of grand. Follow-up by both service and by the owners has been extraordinary. There was no downside to our sales-buying experience and we are financially ahead by dealing with the guys . . . they continue the sales experience by offering deals on service, parts, and accessories that are unequaled by other local retail vendors or through online shopping.
