Benjamin said his vehicle was 1 and a half hours later than promised but he was not given a reason why. He was not completely satisfied with the communication between him and his service advisor because he did not give him a reason why his vehicle was late.

Romeo said his service visit was just great.

Spoke with James. James said the overall experience was rated a 4 due to the time it took to complete the oil change and rotate the tires seemed to take a bit long. The service advisor explained everything completely to him. He said from the purchase of the vehicle through the service visit the service has been excellent.

Steven said his service visit was fine.

Harlyn stated that the business does a good job. He said to keep up the good work. Harlyn mentioned that he really appreciates it when the vehicle gets washed with service.

Emma said that they are very nice.

Lance stated that it was a really good experience for him.

Mustafa explained he brought his vehicle in for an oil change and a non-working glove compartment light. When he checked, the glove compartment light hadn't been fixed. His advisor brought his technician up, who apologized and did the work in about 20 minutes. His vehicle was then about 20 minutes later than promised.

Jessie said that the vehicle was an hour late because they found more work. She mentioned that everyone at Honda is awesome and respectful especially Skip. She added that they could serve her better by offering gluten free snacks.

Spoke with Caitlin. Caitlin said she didn't get a courtesy wash and the next time she brings her vehicle in, she would like one.

Robert said his service advisor was great.

Amanda said the business's staff was very helpful and kept her informed.

Michael said he is on his third service advisor, trying to get a part for his truck. Hopefully this part will be in and get put on his vehicle soon.
