Julie said the business replaced the air bag for her vehicle but they left metal fragments and a bolt in the steering wheel so she had to bring the vehicle back to the business.

Jessica said she took her vehicle to this business with a full tank of gas but when she went to pick it up, it only had half a tank of gas and an extra 100 miles put on it. When she brought it to the staff's attention, they did not know why that happened but would contact her on Monday. It is now Wednesday and she has yet to receive a phone call from anyone.

Derrick said he had to go back three times before they told him it might be too much oil in his vehicle. He really appreciated the shuttle and the coffee was good. He thinks they have great customer service skills.

Roma said he took his vehicle to the business to get detail work performed and his back window fixed because the 100 MPH winds caused the window to be damaged. After he received his vehicle, he could tell the clean up wasn't done very well because he keeps finding glass shards in his vehicle. He would still recommend the business for service because they did an okay job.

Morgan said she brought her vehicle to the business because it was starting to make weird noises. The vehicle's mile per gallon was getting worse. All they did was an oil change. They never looked at the problems she requested they look at. She was very disappointed about this. She said she was not happy with the paperwork because they did not note what she has noticed wrong with her vehicle. She said she was happy with the service work they did provide.

Spoke with Jamie. She said when she went to this business to pick up her vehicle, she got it back on time but there three check engine lights on so she had to take it back to them and they were able to resolve the issue. She was unsure if she was satisfied with the courtesy and knowledge of her service advisor. She was not satisfied with the quality of work performed on her vehicle.

Austina said the work was fine but her advisor did not understand what she was trying to tell her. In the end, she ended up taking care of her problem for no cost because she was covered by her warranty. Her service advisor was nice even though she did not understand what she was trying to explain to her. When she went back to her advisor and asked for a follow up, her advisor became defensive, even though she only wanted to know they did the service that they did. She dropped her vehicle off at 10:00 am and she did not hear back from them until 5:30 pm. She was not given a promise of time but she would have liked to have heard from them.

Rachael said she travels a lot and visits a lot of Honda dealerships and service departments. The staff is not as friendly at this business as many others that she has visited. This business would benefit if they visited other dealerships throughout the country. They would be surprised to see where and to what they are lacking.

Allan said the business provides fine service. They did what they were suppose to do and he appreciates their shuttle service. His one concern was someone moved his seat away from the foot pedals, they put the air conditioner on, they changed his radio channel, and most disconcerting is they changed the angle on the back of his seat when he had it fixed just right. He said this business could serve him better by not changing the angles on his chair, and by not using his air conditioner and radio. He is not interested in completing the manufacturer survey.

Toni said this business took a bit longer than expected. Her vehicle was supposed to done in an hour but it was delayed two and a half hours. The vehicle was delayed because this business was busy and they underestimated the time. She mentioned she had to wait an additional 15 minutes when they gave her the keys because they did not bring the vehicle around.

Joseph said there has been a sound coming from his engine, ever since this business replaced the timing belt and the spark plugs. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repairs for reasons already stated. He said if the technicians heard the nose coming from the engine then they could of checked on it. Now he has to make another trip back to this facility.
