Timothy said they fixed one problem, but then they caused another problem. His brake light would not go off because they forgot to do something with a button. It caused a problem because it ran down the battery.

Mark said the service at the business was very polite, courteous and they fixed his vehicle quickly. However, the mechanic named Justin did not complete the work that was to be done. He should have done a Quality Assurance check after the repairs were completed. He was disappointed that he had to pay $600 for work that was not done properly. He said his wife had the vehicle and called him to tell him that the cameras were offline. He said the service work was not explained to him.

Spoke with Jan. She said the problem with the USB port shutting off when it was in use was not resolved during this visit. She was told the port would have to be tested over a 24 hour period to see if the problem could be detected. She was not satisfied with the service advisor's knowledge because he could not resolve this issue for her. The explanation of the service work and the quality of service work are both completely satisfactory due to not being able to resolve the problem with the USB port.

Edgardo said this business was supposed to wash his vehicle but was told the car wash was broken. However, when he arrived to pick up his vehicle, he saw another vehicle being washed. This business always forgets to sign his service book. He has to bring it to their attention every time. They have services they were supposed to perform, but the employee he dealt with did not want to it this time. Nobody explained what was done on his vehicle and was told to go straight to the cashier. He did not have a pleasant experience this time.

John said that he had some questions that were not answered about his battery. He wanted to know about any warranty that covered it or if there even was one. He stated that it is a $3,000 battery so knowing if it had to be replaced every 50,000 miles was very important to him. His service advisor may not have known the answer because she seemed flustered and if she would have just told him that she was not sure and would have to get back to him, he would have appreciated it.

Spoke with Jen. She said her previous visits to the business she has been paying for something she was not getting. She was getting charged for full synthetic oil and they were only putting in personal oil. This last visit she told them about it and they apologized and gave her a free oil change. She said she feels they tried to make it right but she does not feel satisfied because she has been spending money for a service she has not been getting. In order for the business to serve her better they should only do the service that they are charging the customer.

We truly appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention so that we can make sure it does not happen in the future to yourself or any other customers. It appears that looking over the history of the vehicle that 5 of the 6 oil changes that have been completed here were with Full Synthetic Oil. One oil change completed –5/12/14 it does appear that we did not note that the vehicle should get full Synthetic Oil as you requested and in turn the vehicle was serviced with Synthetic Blend 0w20 instead. On the invoice the oil change only contained a charge for the 0w20 Synthetic Blend Oil and not for a Full Synthetic Oil as it was not noted to the parts department or the service technician that you requested the upgraded oil. We have since made notes on your account for Service Advisors to only allow FULL Synthetic Oil to be installed during your oil changes. Please give me a call so we can work together to insure that we can resolve this issue and go over the records for the vehicle together so you can rest assured that we are servicing it with the fluids you request.

Irene said she had a warning light come on. It is still on and they did not give her any useful advice as to why it is still on. She is not satisfied with the communication nor the quality of work because they did not resolve her issue. She was not impressed with their lack of attention to her concern.

James said the business took 4 -1/2 hours to do his alignment because they only had 1 bay for the alignments and he thought it would only take 2 hours. He also said the communication was not good with his service advisor because he did not tell him that it would be a longer wait for his vehicle.

Spoke with Al. He said that when he went to the business for routine maintenance, he found the price for the work he required to be extreme as it was more than 10 percent higher than their competitors. He said that the business told him that it would be $55 for a tire rotation, he did not want to pay that amount and chose to go to another facility. He said that during all his other service experiences the business usually washes and vacuums his vehicle, but this time they did not. He said due to the pricing and missed service he would not recommend them.

Spoke with Robert. He said they were good and courteous. He stated the repairs took longer than expected but there was no initial promised completion time and he cannot remember the reason for the delay.
